PolynucleotidesDN

Polynucleotides are injectable, regenerative bio-stimulators designed to rejuvenate skin at a cellular level. They stimulate fibroblasts to increase collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production, improving skin tone, elasticity, and hydration. Commonly used for under-eye rejuvenation, face and neck treatment.

Beyond Fillers—True Cellular Renewal

At Radiant Aesthetics we believe in treatments that work with your body. We use Croma PhilArt (Poly Phil), a premium, CE-approved, and biocompatible injectable.

If you are looking for a refreshed, youthful glow without the "overfilled" look of traditional aesthetics, Polynucleotides are your secret weapon for long-term skin health.

The Power of "DNA Fragments"

Unlike traditional dermal fillers that provide immediate, artificial volume, Polynucleotides act as regenerative messengers. These ultra-pure DNA fragments communicate directly with your fibroblast cells—the engines of your skin—to naturally:

  • Boost Collagen & Elastin: Restoring natural firmness, elasticity, and "bounce."

  • Provide Intense Antioxidant Protection: Shielding your skin from environmental damage and oxidative stress.

  • Promote Deep Hydration: Creating a luminous, dewy complexion from the inside out.

Treatments

Prevent the first signs of skin fatigue or restore vitality to more mature skin, Polynucleotides offer a sophisticated solution for:

  • The Delicate Under-Eye Area: under-eye circles and smoothing fine lines (crow's feet).

  • Face & Neck: Targeting sagging skin and refining overall texture and tone.

Your Treatment Journey

  • The Protocol: we typically recommend a course of 3 to 4 sessions, spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart.

  • The Results: Because this treatment stimulates your own natural healing processes, you will see a gradual, lasting improvement over several weeks. Results typically last up to one year.

Important Note: As this product is derived from natural sources, it is not suitable for individuals with fish allergies.

FAQs

What exactly are Polynucleotides?
Think of them as "biological primers" for your skin. They are ultra-pure DNA fragments (we use the premium Croma PhilArt range) that act as messengers. When injected, they signal your skin cells to repair damage, produce fresh collagen, and deeply hydrate from within.

How do they differ from Dermal Fillers?
While fillers provide immediate volume by "filling" a space under the skin, Polynucleotides are a regenerative treatment. They don't change your face shape or add artificial volume; instead, they improve the actual quality, thickness, and elasticity of your skin over time.

What areas can be treated?
Polynucleotides are incredibly versatile. They are most commonly used to rejuvenate:

  • The delicate under-eye area (hollowness and dark circles)

  • The full face (fine lines and texture)

  • The neck and décolletage (crepey skin and "tech-neck" lines)

When will I see results?
Because we are stimulating your body’s natural healing process, results are not instant. Most clients notice an improvement in skin hydration and "glow" after the first session, with the most significant structural changes appearing around 3 months after the initial course.

How many treatments will I need?
For the best results, we usually recommend a course of 3 to 4 treatments, spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart. This "loading phase" ensures your cells have enough stimulation to create lasting change. After that, a single maintenance session every 6–9 months is recommended.

Is there any downtime?
Downtime is minimal. You may experience slight swelling, redness, or small "papules" at the injection site immediately after treatment, but these typically resolve within 24–48 hours. Minor bruising is also a possibility, as with any injectable.

Are they safe for everyone?
Polynucleotides are biocompatible and CE-approved, making them very safe. However, because the DNA fragments are derived from natural sources, this treatment is not suitable for those with a fish allergy. We also do not treat anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.
